Usage Instructions
NEVER heat the kettle empty
Always fill the Tetsubin with water before placing on heat.
NEVER pour cold water into a hot kettle
Sudden temperature change can cause permanent damage, even to high-quality cast iron.
Do not fill more than 2/3 full
Prevents boiling water from spilling over.
Use low heat only
Avoid thermal shock.
NOT microwave-safe
Tip: Let the water simmer gently for 30 minutes to absorb iron.
Make sure there’s enough water to avoid heating an empty kettle!
